West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Estates & Facilities Cleanliness Audit and Monitoring Officer to deliver the Trust's cleanliness audit programme across hospital and community sites in line with the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness.

The role provides assurance that cleaning standards are consistently achieved, supports infection prevention compliance, and promotes continuous quality improvement across wards and departments.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate in Infection Prevention & Control desirable.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking routine cleanliness audits across clinical and non-clinical areas in accordance with national standards.
• Monitoring and reporting audit outcomes, identifying trends, and producing performance reports for managers.
• Working with clinical, estates and facilities teams to develop and monitor improvement plans where standards are not met.
• Investigating cleanliness-related complaints and incidents with corrective actions.
