Priory Hospital Suttons Manor is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, 35 hours weekly. Shifts typically run 7am–5pm, seven days a week.

You will lead cleaning teams, plan rotas, support recruitment and development, and ensure standards meet health, safety and COSHH requirements. You’ll bring cleaning experience, supervisory skills and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, safe healthcare environment.

Formación

• Experience in cleaning roles, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Good understanding of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Reliable, well organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cleaning staff to maintain high standards across the site.
• Plan and coordinate rotas to ensure service continuity.
• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development.
• Monitor cleaning standards and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage stock/equipment and report maintenance issues.
