Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Cleaning Services Supervisor to lead a team of Cleaning Services Assistants and ensure a high-quality, customer-focused cleaning service. You will supervise day-to-day operations, provide training, and ensure compliance with Trust policies and confidentiality.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in cleaning services, knowledge of health and safety, information governance, and infection prevention.

Competenze

• Must have at least supervisory experience in cleaning services.
• Knowledge of health & safety, information governance and confidentiality.
• Experience in healthcare cleaning environments is preferred.
• Formal cleaning qualifications (NVQ/BICS/CIEH or equivalent) desirable.

Mansioni

• Supervise Cleaning Services Assistants and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies and confidentiality.
• Monitor health and safety within area of responsibility.
• Identify training needs and support staff development.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
