Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Cleaning, Facilities, Supervision or equivalent.
• Functional English Level 2 / GCSE or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff, rota coordination and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise domestic and deep clean teams ensuring compliance with NHS standards.
• Allocate staffing,rotas and schedules to guarantee service continuity.
• Support training and development of staff and ensure infection prevention compliance.
• Manage attendance, wellbeing and performance, including investigations and escalations.
• Engage with clinical teams, maintain safe working practices and document records.
