Job summary

NHS Property Services is seeking a part-time Domestic Assistant for the Delivery Frontline team. The role focuses on keeping a healthcare clinic clean, safe and welcoming for patients, visitors and staff, following infection prevention and COSHH procedures. The position runs 10 hours per week with shifts from 5pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

A standard DBS check is required. You will work with colleagues to ensure high standards and a positive experience for everyone on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping or domestic services.
• Experience in hospitality or facilities services.
• Experience in care or healthcare environments.
• Experience in customer-facing roles where high standards matter.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties to a consistently high standard
• Support infection prevention and control measures
• Follow Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
• Complete routine cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment throughout the site
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent service
• Work to NHS Property Services policies, procedures and cleaning schedules
