Qualifikationen

• Hold an NVQ Level 2-3 in Food preparing and catering.
• Proven experience in healthcare or hospitality settings.
• Ability to develop menus that meet dietary requirements.

Aufgaben

• Undertake menu planning in consultation with residents and Manager.
• Oversee and participate in food preparation and serving.
• Ensure special diets are catered for and choices are available.
• Supervise kitchen employee team and ensure HACCP processes are followed.

Proven experience as a Chef

Excellent cooking skills

Knowledge of nutrition for menu development

Strong communication skills

Time management under pressure

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Ability to train kitchen staff
