Compass Group UK&I, Medirest healthcare division, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee healthcare catering and service operations at our sites in Guildford. You will manage kitchens and service counters, drive outstanding food quality and customer service, and support KPI delivery and team leadership.

With at least two years of catering experience and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, you will lead from the front, train teams, and uphold Health & Safety standards, while

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
