Medirest, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor for Healthcare to oversee catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 40.25 hours per week. The role focuses on delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service within Hospital settings.

You will lead culinary and catering teams, ensure KPIs are met, uphold Health & Safety standards, and act as a brand ambassador across the healthcare portfolio.

Qualificações

• Two years catering experience
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious and motivated individual eager to upskill

Responsabilidades

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Medirest and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations
• Training and supporting teams, leading from the front to enable excellence
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams
