NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Capital Projects Manager to lead the reprovision and development of major non-clinical facilities, including the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion project, in Scotland.

You will collaborate with the Joint Management Team and clinical/architectural teams, develop business cases, manage budgets within defined envelopes, and ensure governance and compliance across the project.

Mansioni

• Manage allocated Capital Project(s) within the project-specific financial envelopes.
• Initiate and facilitate change and service redesign related to reprovision of support and accommodation for the allocated Capital Project(s).
• Develop the specification of non-clinical requirements to support new working environments and associated services; identify operational requirements and shape service delivery.
• Develop business cases and governance reports to facilitate delivery of the allocated Capital Project(s) and other specified projects.
