Job summary

• Masters in construction/engineering or related field.
• The post holder must have UK professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Work as a specialist professional as part of the Estates Department.
• Provide expert specialist and professional construction and estates projects advice to stakeholders.
• Independently manage a portfolio of delegated projects from inception to completion, including full project management and site supervision.
• Appoint and manage external consultants within an authorised budget as Budget Holder.
• Manage Estates Capital Budgets, professional services, contractor works and assets as part of the Capital Programme.
