Neko Health in the UK is seeking a friendly Healthcare Assistant to be the first point of contact for our members. You will support clinicians, perform routine clinical checks, and help ensure a smooth patient journey in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will conduct examinations, ECGs, blood sampling, and basic data entry, while maintaining high standards of care and safety. A proactive, service-minded attitude and excellent English are essential to thrive here.

Qualificações

• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Excellent English in speaking and writing.
• Strong phlebotomy skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.

Responsabilidades

• Perform clinical examinations and ECG.
• Take and analyse blood samples.
• Measure grip strength and eye pressure.
• Manage administration and member records.
