We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and empathetic Healthcare Assistant to join our Medical Wing team working 2 days per week (7.45am to 6pm) during term time plus INSET, starting in September 2025.

Working collaboratively with the Senior Nurse and Nurses, the Healthcare Assistant will administer first aid and assist with patient care, including simple clinical procedures. The role also involves keeping and updating computerised and paper records, assisting with dispensing medications under the direction of the Senior Nurse, in line with school medication protocols.
Applicants must be team players, empathetic, approachable, excellent communicators, well-organised, and demonstrate initiative with a good sense of humour. A high level of confidentiality and integrity is essential. Experience working with young people in a pastoral or medical setting would be advantageous.
