Job description

Hospice at Home Team at Trinity Hospice requires a Healthcare Assistant to provide flexible service coverage 7 days a week, from 9pm to 8am.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful, dynamic, and forward-thinking team. You will provide hands-on care for patients and their families in their homes, who are suffering from life-limiting conditions and are nearing the end of their lives.

You will work as part of an overnight integrated service that complements existing community services and collaborates with day services to ensure high-quality 24-hour care provision.

The successful candidate will be a proven team player, have at least three years of experience working in a healthcare setting, and preferably have community care experience.

Essential qualities include excellent communication skills, self-motivation, a caring nature, and a genuine interest in end-of-life care. A car and a current UK driving license are required.
