In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort in a care home environment. Duties

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Communicate regularly with residents, their families, and other team members to address any concerns or changes in health status.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Experience
