Home Instead West Leicestershire & Market Bosworth is expanding, and we are looking for caring, compassionate Care Assistants to help with elderly care and support adults living at home with a range of needs throughout the local area.

We currently have Part Time / Evening & Weekend Care vacancies available with immediate starts. We have morning, evening, and night shifts available. We are seeking Care Assistants who may already have experience as Support Workers or in Domiciliary Care, or those without experience looking to become Care Assistants, as full training will be provided.

Being a Care Assistant requires adaptability, a personable nature, and a commitment to putting others first.

Your role may include:

  • Helping with personal care
  • Assisting with mobility around the home
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support
  • Helping with housework such as cleaning and vacuuming
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
