Leaf Complex Care is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide care in people’s homes and communities in the Bath area. You will support individuals with complex needs, including autism, in personal care, household tasks, budgeting, and planning community activities.

Responsibilities include adapting care plans, maintaining records, and communicating with families and the care team. Right to work in the UK is required; six months’ relevant experience preferred.

• Complete daily records on the digital care planning system
• Communicate proactively with families and other healthcare professionals

Job description

This Healthcare Assistant post with Leaf Complex Care provides care in people's own homes and within their communities. Duties cover personal care, household tasks, budgeting and planning community activities, with careful record keeping. The role centres on people with complex needs, behaviours that challenge and autism, including temporary residential placements. Applicants need six months' comparable healthcare experience and the right to work in the UK, as no visa sponsorship is offered.

• Communicate proactively with families, care teams and other healthcare professionals
