Job summary

Leaf Complex Care, part of the Catalyst Care Group, is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care primarily in clients' homes. You will support independent living, engage with families, and help develop skills while maintaining safety and dignity.

The role involves community-based care, budgeting support, and collaboration with care teams. Flexible shifts are offered, with training and DBS checks provided. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 2 acceptable).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar healthcare settings, with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Business Car Insurance would be advantageous.
  • Full UK driving license would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their homes and communities.
  • Support individuals in developing new skills and personal interests.
  • Adapt care plans to meet diverse needs, ensuring comfort and safety.
