Job Description
We’re currently recruiting multiple Band 2 Healthcare Assistants to join our well-established community team across Devon. Known for delivering compassionate, high-quality care, our team has built a strong reputation for making a meaningful difference in the lives of people across the Devonshire community.

Hours: 22:00pm – 07:00am night shift
Contract: Full-time permanent (part-time may be considered)
Salary: Band 2 £24,465 per annum, in line with NHS Agenda for Change (AFC) + enhancements and Marie Curie employee benefits package
Locations: Community-based within Devon
As these are community-based roles, you will be responsible for planning your own work, responding to changes in patient conditions, prioritising care needs (including hygiene, nutrition and hydration, comfort, monitoring vitals, and more) as detailed in the personalised care plan and ensuring you escalate appropriately to senior staff within the multidisciplinary team in a timely manner.
