Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support a female client at home in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. You will deliver person-centred care, monitor health, follow an individual care plan, and collaborate with the family and care team to promote safety, comfort and well-being.

Applicants should have relevant complex care experience (tracheostomy, ventilator, catheter care, moving and handling, spinal injury) and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care settings with high-quality patient outcomes.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work in home settings with family involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care in the client’s home as per care plan.
• Monitor condition, support daily routines, promote safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with client, family and care team to ensure consistent care.

Working closely with the client, her family, and the wider care team, you will play an essential role in ensuring her safety, comfort, and overall well-being always.The role involves providing high-quality care in line with her individual care plan, monitoring her condition, supporting daily routines, and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment where she can thrive.Your compassionate approach and commitment to delivering exceptional care will have a positive impact.
