OneCall24 Healthcare in Devon is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support an individual client in Tedburn St Mary. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care across day shifts, following a personalised care plan and working closely with Nurse Managers.

This role offers guaranteed hours with set rotas, full training provided, and career development opportunities within a supportive team. Driver required and excellent pay rates (£14–£22 per hour) available in Devon.

Qualifications

• Experience in continence care and personal care.
• Ability to manage anxiety-related needs compassionately.
• Training in safe moving and handling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care throughout the day and night.
• Follow personalised care plans and document care activities.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join OneCall24 Healthcare and support our amazing client in the Devon area.This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care throughout the day and night, overseeing the client's health-related needs and delivering care in line with a personalised care plan created specifically to meet their individual needs.

You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to provide guidance and support, ensuring you feel confident in delivering the highest standards of care.This is an excellent opportunity for Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about making a positive difference and are looking to develop their skills and experience within a supportive and professional care team.
