At B. Braun, a leading medical technology company, we are seeking a reliable Healthcare Assistant to join Cardiff North Dialysis Unit. You will help keep the unit running smoothly by assisting nursing staff, managing stock, and preparing the clinical area for patients attending dialysis treatment.

The role offers training and support, with a rolling 37.5-hour week. Location: Cardiff North Renal Dialysis Unit. Flexible to cover shifts; no Sunday or night shifts on a rolling rota.

Your Role:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant in our busy dialysis unit.

Cardiff North Dialysis Unit is a dynamic 32 station unit providing haemodialysis treatment for 128 patients in partnership with the NHS Trust.

You will help keep the unit running smoothly by managing stock and supplies, supporting housekeeping tasks, and preparing the clinical area ready for patients attending their dialysis treatment.

This is a hands‑on, rewarding role in a fast-paced environment. Whether you have previous experience or new to healthcare, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed!

Location: Cardiff North Renal Dialysis Unit, Unit C3 Avenue Industrial Estate, Croescadarn Close, Pentwyn, CF23 8HE. Free parking available on site.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Saturday on a rolling rota. No Sunday or night shifts!
3 x 11.5hour shifts per week plus an additional top up shift every 4 weeks.
Long Day = 06:45 – 18:15

Your main responsibilities:
