B. Braun Group is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for its Cardiff North Renal Dialysis Unit. The role involves assisting nursing staff, preparing the clinical area, and supporting stock control to ensure smooth patient treatment in a busy 32-station unit.

Location is Cardiff; working 37.5 hours per week with a rolling Monday-Saturday rota, no Sundays or nights. Salary is £25,652 per year, with a strong emphasis on patient care and team collaboration.

• Prepare and serve patients with refreshments.
• Preparation of the clinical area.
• Maintain stocks and supplies within the treatment areas.
• Undertake housekeeping duties.

Your Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant in our busy dialysis unit. Cardiff North Dialysis Unit is a dynamic 32 station unit providing haemodialysis treatment for 128 patients in partnership with the NHS Trust. You will help keep the unit running smoothly by managing stock and supplies, supporting housekeeping tasks, and preparing the clinical area ready for patients attending their dialysis treatment. This is a hands‑on, rewarding role in a fast‑paced environment. Whether you have previous experience or new to healthcare, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed!

Key Details

Location: Cardiff North Renal Dialysis Unit, Unit C3 Avenue Industrial Estate, Croescadarn Close, Pentwyn, CF23 8HE. Free parking available on site.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Saturday on a rolling rota. No Sunday or night shifts! 3 x 11.5 hour shifts per week plus an additional top up shift every 4 weeks. Long Day = 06:45 – 18:15
