Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker for Tenbury inpatient ward. You will work under nurses and MDT to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support patients throughout their recovery and daily life.
The role involves personal care, mobility support, observations, nutrition, documentation and effective communication with families and staff, including end-of-life care when needed.

Tenbury inpatient ward is a 16 bedded unit. We have a fantastic team who are welcoming, supportive and are passionate to provide quality patient-centred care. We are proud of the strong multidisciplinary relationships we hold and approach we take, to complete a holistic assessment and personalised ongoing care planning.
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and motivated to support within our multi-disciplinary team. Playing a positive role in a patients journey with a responsive and flexible approach to work. The successful candidate should hold good communication and interpersonal skills. As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant, you will work under the direction of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to support in providing high-quality, person-centred care.
