We have an exciting opportunity for a number of Healthcare Assistants to join the primary care team at HMP Altcourse.
HMP Altcourse is the busiest remand prison in England, accommodating approximately 1,160 adult males with an average stay of 10 weeks. Practice Plus Group provides primary care and substance misuse services across eight wings, clinic areas, inpatient facilities, and reception services.
This role sits within our Primary Care team, where you will support with clinics, work with pharmacy and respond to emergency situations - no 2 days are ever the same!
£25,557 - £29,723 per annum
This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week. We run healthcare 24/7, so shifts are varied.
Shifts are worked on a rotational basis. Please note, this role requires flexibility and will include unsociable hours, such as evenings, weekends, and night shifts where applicable.
