Nurses UK is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our care team across the South West of England. You will provide compassionate personal care and support to patients, working with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding care.

We offer full-time and part-time day and night shifts, competitive pay (£13.68–£17.18 per hour with time and a half on Bank Holidays), and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• UK healthcare experience preferred.
• Care Certificate or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care to patients/service users.
• Assist with daily living activities (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding).
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff.
• Support nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient-centred care.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment.
• Accurately document care provided in line with service requirements.
• Promote dignity, independence, and respect in all interactions.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
