The Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with neurological conditions. You’ll work alongside a committed team to help optimise service users' physical, emotional, and cognitive recovery. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting rehabilitation goals and implementing care strategies.
  2. Monitoring the well-being of clients and communicating any changes.
  3. Promoting choice and independence for service users.
  4. Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  5. Working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support.

About You:

  1. Proven experience working within a team.
  2. Experience in care delivery.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Basic numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.

Pay Enhancements:

  1. 30% enhancement for night shifts (8:00 pm to 6:00 am).
  2. 30% enhancement for weekends (Friday midnight to Sunday midnight).
  3. 60% enhancement for Public Holidays.
