Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust seeks enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to provide compassionate care in the Elective Surgical Ward. Candidates should have good communication skills and a passion for caring for older people. This role will involve assisting nurses and maintaining high clinical standards.

We care for over half a million patients annually, supported by over 6,000 highly trained clinical staff, including doctors, nurses, midwives, health visitors, therapists, and healthcare scientists.
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as Healthcare Assistants on the Elective Surgical Ward.
Key requirements include a good standard of English and numeracy skills, along with a passion for caring for older people. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a numeracy and literacy competency test. Successful candidates will then be interviewed. This process helps us determine whether we are the right employer for you and vice versa.
