What you will be doing

You will join an inclusive and supportive team that provides care to people with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, or personality disorders. You will use your knowledge and skills to help people along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.

Your daily tasks will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

This environment can be challenging at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are essential. It is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing you’ve made a difference in their lives.

The shift pattern is 11.42 hours per day, 3-4 days a week, including days, nights, and weekends on a rota basis, totaling 40 hours per week.

Where you will be working

Location: Bradley Road, Grimsby, Lincolnshire, DN37 0AA

You will work at Bradley Complex Care, a specialist service for men and women living with complex needs, including those with highly challenging behaviors.

Bradley Complex Care is located in Bradley, Grimsby, and North East Lincolnshire. The environment supports service users engaging in therapeutic programs, which helps increase recovery pace and discharge speed.
