The Lister Hospital in Chelsea, London, part of HCA UK, is hiring a Healthcare Assistant for the Medical Surgical Ward on a full-time basis.

You will support patients with personal care, mobility and daily needs, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care. Rotation of long days, nights and weekends is required.

• Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within an acute hospital environment.
• Experience supporting patients within a medical and/or surgical ward setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Healthcare Assistant – Medical Surgical Ward

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Rotation of long days, nights and weekends

We’re looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Medical Surgical Ward team at The Lister Hospital, one of the UK’s leading private hospitals and part of HCA Healthcare UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy inpatient ward and work alongside experienced clinicians within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards of care while supporting patients throughout their hospital stay.

As a Healthcare Assistant on the Medical Surgical Ward, you’ll provide high-quality support to patients and the wider nursing team, assisting with personal care, mobility, nutrition, observations and day-to-day patient needs. You’ll contribute to delivering a safe, compassionate and patient-centred experience, ensuring every patient is treated with dignity, respect and kindness.
