Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team caring for children and adults in the Crewe area during the day and night.

Your role involves providing person-centred care, helping service users engage in hobbies and activities like arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games for younger individuals. You will also support bedtime routines, offering companionship, attentiveness, and responding to care needs as they arise.

Pay Rates: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

Shifts Available

• Full Time & Part Time Days & Nights
• Shifts from 4 to 12 hours
• Alternate weekend shifts required

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 months previous care experience

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
