Job summary

All Care Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant to support older adults in the Brighton and Hove area. You will provide person-centred care in clients\' homes, help with daily activities and promote independence with a friendly, compassionate approach.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. You may drive or use a local travel pass; weekend shifts are available in a busy community setting.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Full UK driving licence or access to own transport is preferred
• Good English skills and clear communication

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Brighton and Hove area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

Travel Requirements:

• This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance, non-drivers also welcome as we provide a free local bus pass to support your travel.

Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends

Care Assistant - Weekends only

Join Our Care Team in East Sussex Competitive Pay, Flexible Hours, Location : Across Brighton, Hove, Woodingdean, Lewes and Eastbourne Salary: £13.45 per hour.

We make your working day easier with grouped visits, advanced rotas, and minimal gaps between calls within a small, local area.

Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.
