Job summary

All Care Services is seeking a Care Assistant to support older adults across West Sussex, including Horsham and surrounding towns. You will help with personal care, meals, light housework, shopping, and companionship to promote independence in the community.

No prior experience is required as a comprehensive training program is provided; drivers with a full UK licence and insurance are essential to visit clients across the network.

Location: Across Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, and Bognor.

Salary: £13.45 per hour, with enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time for public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults in the Horsham area, helping them regain independence in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
