Asher House, part of Elysium Healthcare's Learning Disability and Autism division, seeks a Healthcare Assistant to support men with learning disabilities, autism and related impairments. You will work on 12.5‑hour shifts across 3–4 days, including nights and weekends, providing compassionate care and recording patient information.

The role requires previous Healthcare Assistant experience and a DBS disclosure.

Healthcare Assistant post at Asher House, a registered care service with nursing for men with learning disabilities, autism and sensory or communication impairments, run by Elysium Healthcare's Learning Disability and Autism division. The role centres on supporting patients along their recovery pathways through ward rounds, analysing behaviour with colleagues, keeping patient records up to date and helping with personal hygiene. It is a demanding setting that works on 12.5-hour shifts over three to four days, including nights and weekends. Previous Healthcare Assistant experience and a DBS check are required.
