Elysium Healthcare is seeking Bank Healthcare Assistants for Asher House, a learning disability and autism service in Colchester. You will support men with complex needs, book shifts through the app, and work 12.5 hour shifts within a 24/7 service. DBS clearance and mandatory training are required.

Shifts are on a zero hours basis across a 24/7 service, including weekdays, nights and weekends, with weekly pay and benefits such as free meals on duty and free parking.

Qualifications

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker.
• DBS disclosure required.
• Completion of mandatory training provided by Elysium.

Bank Healthcare Assistant role joining Elysium Healthcare's staff bank, with shifts at Asher House, a learning disability and autism service. Work centres on supporting men with learning disabilities, autism and sensory and communication impairments, including complex needs and behaviours that challenge services. Shifts are on a zero hours basis across a 24/7 service, with weekday, night and weekend work booked through an app and no minimum hours. Experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker is needed, and all candidates must pass a DBS check.
