Job summary

Care Outlook in Burgess Hill (RH15) is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support vulnerable and elderly clients in their own homes at Marten House.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and contribute to wellbeing while gaining job satisfaction. Shifts include 07:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 with alternating weekends; full and part-time hours available; sponsorship not offered.

The Role

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Shifts available for Care Assistants

All staff must work a variation of the below shifts

• 07:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00pm
• Flexible to work mornings and evenings
• Alternate Saturday's and Sunday's
