Job summary

Care Outlook is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care Housing at Osmund Court in Billingshurst. You will provide personal care, build relationships with residents and contribute to their wellbeing.

The role requires compassion, reliability and patience, with full-time or part-time shifts and weekend availability. Training for Care Certificate and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate personality.
• Authorised to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing etc.).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording interactions and care.
