Job summary

Care Outlook is hiring Care Assistants to join our on-site team in Rustington (BN16, UK). The role involves personal care, companionship, and helping with daily tasks in clients' homes, with shifts across days and nights.

We offer permanent full-time positions with flexible hours, DBS cost coverage, free uniform, and a 28 days annual leave (pro rata). Pay starts at £12.71 per hour, with a refer-a-friend scheme of £300 and four-weekly payroll.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK – WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am – 15:00pm
• 07:00am – 19:00pm
• 15:00pm – 22:00pm
• 22:00pm – 07:00am

Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you’re available to do.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
