Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide compassionate personal care in clients' own homes in the Brighton area. You will travel door-to-door, build relationships with service users, and contribute to improving their quality of life with supportive, respectful care.

Necessities include a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle; no experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Areas Covered:

BN1, BN3, BN4, BN7, BN8, BN43 (Portslade, Southwick, Hove, Hangleton)

The Role

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 07:00am - 19:00pm
• 15:00pm - 22:00pm
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
