Job summary

First Option Healthcare is seeking Healthcare Assistants to support a paediatric client near Bognor Regis, delivering 1:1 in-home care. The role involves assisting with movement, medication administration, and building trust with family members and care teams.

Night shifts are available, with day rate differentials for weekends, on a BiPAP-capable package. Clinically confident carers who can manage ventilator needs and follow care plans will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience with non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP) is preferred
• Experience administering medications in home care settings is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to service users in their own home
• Assist with moving & handling as required
• Administer medications per care plan
• Build rapport with family and other staff
• Ensure care plans are followed accurately

First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You'll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work on one of our packages based near Bognor Regis West Sussex. Our client is a 5 year old Male who lives at home with Parent so Paediatric experience is desired however, if you are confident with Ventilator particularly BiPAP then parents are open minded.

Shifts Available

Night Only Package 10 hour nights

Payrate

Mon - Fri £15 / Weekends £18
