Job summary

Care Outlook is currently hiring Care Assistants in Billinghurst to support residents in Extra Care Housing. You will provide personal care, build relationships with clients, and contribute to their wellbeing and independence.

Training for the Care Certificate and NVQs is offered, with funded options, plus pension and annual leave benefits. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends, with both full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and recording observations.
• Patient and compassionate with vulnerable adults.
• Willingness to complete and maintain training (Care Certificate & NVQs) whenever offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and daily tasks.
• Observe, monitor and accurately record care activities.

Examples of the client's needs you will be supporting with as a carer:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
