Confidential is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join a luxury retirement home in Battle for full-time night shifts. You will support residents overnight, ensuring safety, comfort and high-quality care in a dementia-aware environment.

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents throughout the night, ensuring they remain safe, comfortable and well cared for.

Working as part of a dedicated night team, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support to older people, including those living with dementia and other complex conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:
