Job summary

Nurse Seekers is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for full-time night shifts at a luxury retirement home near Battle. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, including those living with dementia, during the night to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.

The role requires at least six months of care experience, a caring and reliable attitude, and strong teamwork. Training and development are provided in a supportive environment.

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents throughout the night, ensuring they remain safe, comfortable and well cared for.

Working as part of a dedicated night team, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support to older people, including those living with dementia and other complex conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:
