Job summary

Practice Plus Group is recruiting an Administrator to join the Healthcare team at HMP Onley, a Category C prison in Warwickshire. You will support the on-site healthcare services with a range of administrative duties and SystemOne processing, contributing to efficient patient flow and secure access control.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site
• Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks
• Handling SystemOne tasks and bookings
• Booking appointments and processing referrals
• Organising gate passes for visitors
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Carrying out other general admin duties
