Job summary

97 Reed Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a Self-Employed Health & Wellbeing Coach to deliver NHS Healthier You programmes across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The role offers flexible hours (12–20 per week), travel between sites, and requires you to have own vehicle and UK driving licence.

You will run group or one-to-one sessions, with £50 per 90-minute session, and be part of a pipeline of opportunities as we build our programme portfolio.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Exercise Referral or related field.
• Evidence of behaviour change delivery training.
• Fully First Aid trained with valid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS Healthier You sessions to groups or individuals.
• Motivate participants to make lasting lifestyle changes.
• Adapt delivery to diverse needs and learning styles.
• Monitor progress and celebrate achievements.
• Signpost to local health and wellbeing services.
