Job summary

Reed Wellbeing Ltd. seeks a Self-Employed Health & Wellbeing Coach to deliver NHS Healthier You Programme sessions across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. You will engage participants in group or one-to-one settings, earning £50 per 90‑minute session and working 12–20 hours weekly.

Flexible evenings and weekends may be required; you must have your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence. Training, supervision and CPD are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Exercise Referral, Health Improvement/Promotion/Public Health, Coaching & Behaviour Change, or Education & Training.
• Evidence of training in behaviour change delivery using recognised frameworks.
• Fully First Aid trained with a valid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS Healthier You sessions in group or one-to-one settings.
• Motivate participants to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Adapt delivery to diverse needs and learning styles.
• Monitor progress, conduct reviews, and celebrate achievements.
• Signpost to local health and wellbeing services.
• Participate in induction, supervision, and CPD activities.
• Travel across Herefordshire/Worcestershire using own vehicle.
