Job summary

Reed Wellbeing Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Self-Employed Health & Wellbeing Coach to deliver NHS Healthier You sessions across Coventry and Warwickshire. The role involves leading group and one-to-one sessions and requires you to travel with your own vehicle.

You will earn £50 for every 90-minute session, with expected delivery 12–20 hours per week. Flexible evenings and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Exercise Referral or equivalent.
• Evidence of training in behaviour change delivery using recognised frameworks.
• Fully First Aid trained with valid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS Healthier You programme sessions in group and/or one-to-one settings.
• Motivate participants to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Adapt sessions to diverse needs and learning styles.
• Monitor progress and celebrate achievements; identify support needs.
• Signpost to local health and wellbeing services.
• Participate in CPD and training to maintain high standards.
