Job summary

Vita Health Group is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Coach for the Nottingham area to run workshops and deliver one-to-one coaching to NHS service users with mental wellbeing difficulties and long-term conditions. The role involves group classes, virtual or in-person sessions, and contributing to programme development.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in personal training or exercise instruction, have experience delivering classes, and be capable of working both independently

Qualifications

• Essential Level 3 accredited qualification in personal training or exercise instruction.
• Experience delivering face-to-face or virtual exercise classes.
• Ability to work individually and in a team, and support behavioural changes.
• Good IT skills and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently running health and wellbeing workshops/exercise classes.
• Lead 1-1 initial appointments and follow-ups via phone/video.
• Contribute to programme development and resources.
• Complete Level 3 GP Exercise Referral training within 6 months if needed.
