Qualifications
- Active registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) on Part 1 or 2 (RHV: Health Visitor; HV: Health Visitor).
- Nurse Prescribing Qualification.
Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain evidence-based specialist care to meet the needs of a defined community population, ensuring appropriate intervention.
- Negotiate individual and family healthcare plans, continuously assessing to achieve agreed outcomes.
