Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and ensure the 4, 5, 6 Service model is implemented in practice.
• Manage caseload allocation and classify cases per locality/team protocols.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and escalate as required across agencies.
• Work autonomously within an integrated skill mix team and drive service change.
