Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Health Visitors to join the 0-19 service in Gloucestershire on a permanent, part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will deliver the Healthy Child Programme, assess needs and provide proportionate support to families within a skilled multi-disciplinary team.

You'll work under the NMC Code, engage in safeguarding, reflective supervision and service improvement, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive workplace across 55 sites

Qualifications

• Qualified Health Visitor with registration and appropriate SCPHN HV status.
• Experience or willingness to work in a 0-19 Healthy Child Programme.
• Ability to work within safeguarding guidelines and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme within a skill mix team.
• Follow NMC Code of Professional Conduct and local policies.
• Engage in safeguarding for adults and children and maintain training.
• Provide reflective supervision and support service improvement initiatives.
